Q: What does a typical class look like?
A: This class is structured in a circuit-style format with rotating stations that combine strength, conditioning, and boxing bag work. The session begins with a full walkthrough of each station led by Coach Lexus, followed by warm-ups and stretches. Throughout the workout, Coach Lexus will circulate the room, checking form, offering modifications, and giving personalized feedback to ensure you’re working safely and effectively. Expect to mix in boxing partner drills and occasional mitt work for added variety and engagement.
Q: Do I need to bring anything for my first time?
A: Nope! Just bring your energy and a positive attitude. You will need hand wraps, which are available for purchase at the gym. If it’s your first time, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with loaner boxing gloves so you can try the class out.
Q: How much is drop-in?
A: First class FREE! After that, drop-in sessions are $25 per class (+tax).
Q: How can I sign up for membership?
A: We use PushPress as our membership portal. Just talk to one of our team members when you're in the gym—we’ll walk you through the setup and get you started in no time!
Q: Do I need prior boxing experience to join?
A: No experience needed! Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to support all levels.
Q: What if I have an injury or need modifications?
A: No problem at all! Coach Lexus is great at providing modifications and keeping a close eye on everyone’s form. His priority is making sure every member feels included, challenged at their level, and stays injury-free while still getting a great workout.
Q: What age groups can join?
A: We welcome kids, teens and adults of all fitness levels. Youth classes range from ages 6-17. See "What We Offer" for more information!
